Today, 19 January 2024, marks the ninth anniversary of the hotelier's day in, a special day that was declared by hoteliers in 2016 as an appreciation and recognition to all hoteliers for their hard work, dedication, and sacrifices to ensure excellent service for customers.
Hoteliers are the backbone of the hospitality industry, which is one of the most important sectors in some countries economy. The achievement of economic growth would not be possible without the efforts and contributions of the hoteliers, who have shown resilience, innovation, and professionalism in providing quality accommodation and services to the guests.
Hotelier's Day is also a day to celebrate the diversity and unity of hoteliers, who come from different backgrounds, regions, religions, and ethnicities, but share the same passion and commitment to the hospitality industry.
On this occasion, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to all hoteliers, who have made me proud and inspired many of us with their achievements and dedication.
