ENGINEERING VISIBLE INFLAMMATION OPERATION PROCEDURE

Purpose: 

To strengthen management on visible inflammation operation, operate visible inflammation safely, correctly and reasonably, avoid occurrence of fire hazards.

Procedure:

1. When visible inflammation operation is to be carried out through the hotel, it must be gone through approval procedure via Fire Control Center of Security Department.

2. The operation department should fill in ‘Visible inflammation Operation Application Form’, in which covers purpose, visible inflammation tools, operator, supervisor and measures. The operation could only be carried out upon the approval of Fire Control Center of Security Department.

3. The approved operation time is two days, in case that the operation time is overdue, it should be re-approved.

4. Upon the receipt of Visible Inflammation Application Form, the Fire Supervisor must inspect the scene and confirm the qualification of visible inflammation operation, safety measures available as well as without any hidden troubles, then the consent on operation could be granted and Security Guard be informed at the same time. 

5. The operator should implement professional safety rules strictly during the operation, otherwise severe punishment should be imposed on the violator in accordance with the hotel Fire Safety Rewards and Punishment Rules
