FIRE EMERGENCY REPORT

Purpose: 

To report all fire emergency information efficiently, accurately



Policy:

  1. To maintain consistency of Fire Report

  2. To ensure the Hotel’s Management Group’s Public Relation Standard


Procedure:

  1. Report to General Manager immediately

  2. It is General Manager that makes a decision whether or not  to contact Fire Administration immediately

  3. Keep the Owner informed of the fire immediately 

  4. Report to Fire Responsible Personnel of the Hotel’s Management Group and Area Engineering Personnel on all fire information no matter the intensity of the fire

  5. Report to the Company’s Security Department afterwards

  6. The Fire Report must be ready within 24 hours after any fire accidents occur, without covering any financial losses 

  7. Inform of the local Insurance Company
