Purpose:
To maintain guestroom facilities meeting Golden Tulip City Resort-Lombok 4-star hotel standard, and prolong the service life of the equipment.

Policy:
Guestroom mechanical and electrical equipment includes air-con, fridge, water supply & drainage, telephone, TV, sound system and hair dryer etc.
Procedure:
Preparation work prior to starting maintenance work.
Maintenance work shouldn’t affect guests’ life, rest and work
It should be one-week (at least 3 days) notice given to Housekeeping and F/O prior to commencement of every maintenance work.
As to the work emits irritative smell, or dusty work, ventilation and vacuum measures should be taken in advance.
Measures to protect furniture, carpet etc.
2. Maintenance content & method:
FCU
Filtration meshwork cleaning
Electric motor grease
Fan cleaning & water accumulating plate cleaning
Aluminum piece cleaning
Exhaust fan in Toilet
Cleaning & Grease for the motor
If necessary, replace exhaust fan with ventilation fan floor by floor
Lavabo, Sit-down toilet, bathtub and hardware accessories
Cleaning water faucet filtration meshwork and shower sprinkler
Smooth Sewage
Firmness of installation of hardware accessories
Furniture ornament maintenance content:
Varnish of various furniture
Wallpaper repair on cracks, bubble, falling off and damage.
Joint and damage on carpets
Cracks, falling off and color difference on ceiling
Waterproof glue around bathtub, lavabo
Fog on mirror
Damage on marble
Maintenance Cycle
In terms of features of equipment
In terms of room-taken rate
On special request
Maintenance Time
Usually is arranged between 9:00 – 17:00
Vacant room could be arranged between 8:00 – 22:00, in the case not affecting guest rest, it could be extended to after 22:00.
As too noisy operation, it should be discussed with concerned department for specific operating time.
