HOW TO REFILL A SUGAR BOWL

Guests expect that sugar bowls on the table are clean and always refilled to ensure there is different sugar for me to use.

STEPS


HOW/ STANDARDS


TRAINING QUESTIONS


1)Select the sugar


Make sure you collect 3 kinds of sugar (Regular, Brown and Sweet & Low)


  1. Why do we offer three kinds of sugar?

            

2) Select the sugar bowl


Should be clean and has no chips.


  1. Why should the bowl be clean?


3) Check the amount (white)


Always use X white sugar sachets for one bowl



4)Check the amount(brown)


Uses always X brown sugar sachets in one bowl.



5)Check the amount(Sweet & Low)


Uses always X sweet & low sugar sachets in one bowl.


  1. Why do we add less Sweet & Low then white and brown sugar?      

     

6)Filling them in


Always fill them so the logo is facing the same direction and facing the guests.


White sugar to be placed in center of the sugar bowl.


Brown sugar to be placed on the right side of the sugar bowl.


Sweet & Low to be placed on the left side of the sugar bowl.



7)Storing the sugar bowl


Always store them in a clean and dry place.

Now ask the trainee to practice the task from start to end to test competency.
