KITCHEN KEY CONTROL

Purpose 

To ensure key for kitchens are handled properly.

Policy 

All kitchen staff should be familiar with the key control system.

Procedure 

• The opening crew has to go security and sign in for key pick up.

• After this, the shift key has to be returned to security by closing person. They have to be signed in again at this stage.
