Jakarta, Indonesia — The 9th Hospitality Indonesia Conference #HIC2026 will take place on February 10–11, 2026 at Le Meridien Jakarta, gathering leaders and innovators from across the hospitality and investment sectors.

On the opening day, the spotlight will be on the Hotel Investment Summit Indonesia #HISI, a dedicated forum designed to examine the country’s hotel investment climate and the opportunities emerging in one of Asia’s fastest-growing tourism markets.
With 12 panel discussions and one solo presentation, #HISI will deliver a wide-ranging program that addresses the most pressing issues shaping hotel development and investment strategies. Conversations will span from macroeconomic influences and investor sentiment to deal pipelines and tourism-driven growth, offering participants a clear view of the forces redefining Indonesia’s hospitality landscape.
Among the sessions, “Analyzing Shifts in Hotel Property Market Dynamics and Investment Behavior” will explore how economic conditions, tourism flows, and capital trends are reshaping asset valuation and development priorities. Another panel, “Pipeline Power: Trends in Hotel Deals and Tourism Development”, will highlight the surge of hotel transactions and new projects, examining the drivers behind Indonesia’s expanding hospitality pipeline.
A recent survey by JLL revealed that hotel operators in Indonesia see Average Daily Rate (ADR) as the leading indicator of recovery, with 89% expecting rate increases in the near term. This sentiment underscores growing confidence in the market’s resilience and revenue potential, further fueling investment momentum.
The summit will bring together a diverse audience of property owners, developers, financial institutions, design and technology specialists, and consultancy firms. Featured speakers include Terence Lee, COO of PT Hotel Indonesia Group; Pamudji Slamet, Director of Development for Southeast Asia & Pacific Rim at Wyndham International; and Philip Barnes, Country General Manager of The Ascott Limited Indonesia.
By convening these influential voices, #HISI aims to provide a platform for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and strategic foresight, equipping stakeholders with the insights needed to navigate Indonesia’s evolving hotel investment environment and harness the momentum of its growing tourism sector.
