Fabrice Noel Emmanuel Mini is a seasoned hospitality executive with extensive experience across resort, mixed-use, and city hotels in Southeast Asia.

An International MBA graduate of ESSEC Business School and Cornell University, he rose early in his career to become one of Accor’s youngest General Managers, appointed at 23 to lead Tanjung Lesung Resort.
Fabrice has held senior leadership roles across multiple Accor brands, playing a pivotal role in opening flagship Pullman hotels in Kuching and Jakarta Central Park, which led to significant portfolio growth with Agung Podomoro. He later served as Area General Manager for Jakarta and Director of Operations for Accor, overseeing up to 43 hotels across Indonesia and Malaysia with sustained revenue and profit growth.
In 2024, he founded PT Samata Eko Semesta, a white-label hotel management company later acquired by Swiss-Belhotel International, where he currently serves as Regional Director of Operations and Development. Fabrice is fluent in Indonesian, French, English, and Italian.
