ENGINEERING DUTY ROSTER PROCEDURE

Purpose:
To define responsibility, make Duty Roster reasonably and not to waste labor resource

PROCEDURE:
It’ s Assistant Director of Engineering who is responsible for making Master Duty Roster ready
The Duty Roster for Duty Engineers should be ready within the last ten days of each month firstly, then concerned personnel be arranged by each section and initial Master Duty Roster be ready at the last week of each month
If no objection to weekend, day or night shift arrangement from each Duty Engineer (Supervisor), the Master Duty Roster should be confirmed by Director of Engineering for implementation
Either Assistant Director of Engineering or appointed Duty Engineer should be on duty on Sunday Day shift.
Either Assistant Director of Engineering or appointed Duty Engineer should be on duty on weekend shift, and Duty Engineer (Supervisor) should be on duty on weekend afternoon and night shift.
There should be 7 Engineering staff on duty for weekend day shift in principle, including Duty Engineer, HV electrician, ELV electrician, AC technician, plumber, boiler man and decorator.
There should be 6 Engineering staff on duty for A/N shift in principle, including Duty Engineer, HV electrician, ELV electrician, AC technician, plumber and boiler man. There should be 4 Engineering staff on duty for night shift in principle, including.
The above-mentioned is the basic principle of Engineering Duty Roster arrangement, and it could be adjusted accordingly in actual operation.
