RESIGNATION OF EMPLOYEE

Objective:

  1. To make sure all resignation employee must fill resignation Form and submit to IT Manager for approval.

  2. To make sure resignation without permit and form, all data and access will be deleted by IT Manager.

  3.  To enable file security and preserve individual rights and authorization, thereby protecting and securing computer system information from unauthorized users.



Procedure:

  1. In case of employee movement or resignation, the respective departement head has the responsibility to inform the IS&S Manager for proper maintenance of the User rights and Profile.

  2. Resignation report is being sent by Human Resources to the IT Manager every month for the latest resignations of employees to further check if the employees defined in various system applications are still active. 

  3. Clearance form is in place by the HR Departement and shall be passing through the IT Manager and clear all access rights, personnal folder, emails and permissions prior to signing the clearance form of the resigned staff.
