Swimming Pool Water Changing & Refilling

Purpose: 

In order to ensure the safety during water refill in swimming pool, we must strictly follow up the following procedures. 

PROCEDURE

1. The operation procedure of the swimming pool water changing is as follows,

   1. Close all the inlet valves of swimming pool.

   2. Open the master drainage valveΦ150.

   3. Open some inlet valves around swimming pool discontinuously to clean the swimming pool.

   4. After swimming pool cleaning, close the master drainage valveΦ150.

   5. Open all the inlet valves around swimming pool, with the inlet valve at superior level  of  the circulating pump closed.

   6. When the water reaches the spillway and water begins to flow, close all the inlet valves around. 

   7. Open the circulating pump filtration/disinfection system.

   8. Open the inlet valve at superior level of circulating pump, add water till the whole water circulation system in a dynamic equilibrium, the spillway begins to flow discontinuously.

   9. Close the inlet valve at the superior level of circulating pump.

   10. As required, still open one or more circulating pump filtration/disinfection system.

2.   Once open the circulation pump filtration / disinfection system, timely drainage is needed. The drainage and watering operation procedure is as follows. 

1. Shut off the electricity of circulating pump which needs drainage.

2. Close the backwater valve of this circulating pump.

3. Open the drainage valve from the three-way connection device between this circulating pump and filter.

4. Use the swimming pool water to rinse the filter time and time again.

5. After the drainage, close the drainage valve.

6. Reopen the backwater valve of this circulating pump.

7. Reopen this circulating pump.

8. After repeated rinse of several filters, if the water level falls, (the spillway does not overflow any more), we suggest opening one inlet valve of circulation pump for refilling. During the refilling period, the operator should not leave without permission. (If under special circumstance, must close the inlet valve first.) Once the refilling is over, close this inlet valve at once.

3. When the inlet valve doesn’t work, or the swimming pool spillway has poor drainage, the following procedure is for emergency of swimming pool serious spilling. 

1. Close the superior valve of the inlet valve at once.

2. Open one or more drainage valve to release the water immediately.

3. Opening the master drainage valve at the bottom of the swimming pool is strictly forbidden.         

(Only when no swimmer and the water spills seriously, the valve can be opened)
