Guest request



  • When a guest books a baby sitter, the Housekeeping coordinator via the Guest Service Center must request the following information:

  • Room number

  • Name of guest

  • Guests telephone number

  • Time baby-sitter is required

  • Number of children

Confirm Baby-Sitter 



  • The Office Coordinator informs the guest of the charges.

  • (Note:  Charges are:  Rp. XX per hour, a minimum of 2 hours, with an additional charge of Rp. XX for transport if the baby-sitter is required to stay after 10.00 PM). 

  • The office coordinator must find a staff member who is willing to baby-sit during their off-duty period.

  • A list of female baby sitters should be maintained by Housekeeping.

  • Once the staff confirms, a baby-sitting form is filled and sent to the Executive Housekeeper for approval.

  • The Office Coordinator calls the guest, confirming the baby-sitter and her name. The telephone number of the guest must be available.

Baby-sitter reports on duty


  • Baby-sitter is required to report to the office 30 minutes before the time she is required and her appearance is checked by the Guest Service Supervisor on duty.

  •  The floor Supervisor brings the baby-sitter to the guestroom and introduces her to the guest.

  • ATTENTION:

  • The baby-sitter needs to be reliable and must have experience with especially babies. 

  •  If baby is younger than 5 years of age – please inform FO and the Executive Office.

Payment

  • The Baby Sitter must be paid directly.

  • It can be done via a paid out in FO and charged to the guest folio.

  • In emergency cases call the guest.

  • If you need immediate assistance, call the Ass. Manager.
