Report


  • Staffs who have problems with their uniforms should inform the Uniform Attendant.

  • The Uniform Attendant must record the problem in the Uniform Repair Book under date, type of repair, uniform number and remarks.

  • Repair Book is placed at the uniform issuing counter.

 Follow up 


  • The Uniform Attendant has to place these uniforms on the Seamstress’ table and follow up with the repair when work is completed.

  • If a uniform is damaged due to staff negligence reports this to the Executive Housekeeper for action.

  • Uniforms that are constantly sent for repair must be reported as well.

  • After the uniforms are repaired, the Uniform Attendant will send them to the laundry for washing.
