STEPS	HOW/ STANDARDS	TRAINING QUESTIONS
Uniform storage	The uniform is placed on separate racks according to the section and department.  Each uniform has a code number in a visible place and they are placed in consecutive sequence on the rack.	Who will order the Uniform How many sets of Uniform are issued? How does the Uniform need to be place? Why does every Uniform need to have a code?
Linen storage	The Linen Attendant is to ensure that the area is dry, clean and tidy. Pest control must be scheduled monthly to ensure area is free from pests.  Attendant is to store linen systematically, i.e. table cloth together, napkins together, etc. The Linen Attendant is to ensure each label is facing out for easy identification. Linen must be issued on a first in, first out basis.	Why do I need to take care of the cleanliness in the storage room? Why do we have to pest control visit this area each month? What pests could be in this area? What is the system to store linen? How do the labels need to be placed?
Lock	Ensure that storage area is securely locked at the end of shift and key handed in together with Housekeeping key to Security.	Why does the area need to be locked?
