Change of Status

POLICY

The company encourages staff development in forms of promotion, transfer, or departmental cross exposure.



PURPOSE

All staff development will be reflected and documented on Personnel Action Form, and administered by the Personnel Manager


PROCEDURES

  1. Personnel Action Form will be utilized to state staff status change

  2. Personnel action form will be consist of :

  3. Staff identification (department, position, ID number, starting date

  4. Current salary

  5. New position, grade, and new salary

  6. Status change effective date

  7. Approval sign of Department Head, Division Head, Human Resources Director, Financial Controller, and General Manager

  8. The copy of PAF will go to Employee Personal File, Financial Controller, and the respected staff
