The Company recognizes and encourages employee development

 


PURPOSE

Determining a compulsory requirement for employee development/promotion process



PROCEDURES

  1. The decision on employee promotion will be based on the qualification, experience, previous performance, attendance records and employee’s interest

  2. The respective Department Head will determine the needs of employee development, which have to be based on objectivity and equality

  3. After objectively identifying the employee, who will be proposed to be developed/promoted, the respective Department Head will have to notify Human Resources Director in a formal internal memorandum and complete the Recommendation For Transfer/Promotion Form

  4. Human Resources Director will obtain General Manager’s approval to process the development/promotion process

  5. Human Resources Director will conduct development interview session with the respective employee to inquire his/her competencies. The main objective of the interview session is to determine and match his/her skill, knowledge, and ability to the designated position

  6. Simultaneously, the respective employee will be appraised using The Performance Indicator Form by his/her Department Head, direct supervisor, peers, and subordinate, if any

  7. After completing all process, Human Resources Director will prepare the final recommendation which subject to be reviewed by General Manager, should the respective employee is suitable to be developed/promoted to the designated position

  8. Human Resources Director will prepare all necessary arrangement and documentation after gaining General Manager’s final recommendation
