FLOOR
Policy
It is a policy of the Golden Tulip Hotels Group that the hotel’s standard services of attendant assistance to all guests’ on all floors. Our commitment is to serve above standard to guest rooms.

Procedures
The Floor Attendant service is available twenty-four hours a day and seven days per week.
All Floor Attendants will be provided with work phone, and to rapidly respond to the Housekeeping Department when is being called.
Each Floor Attendant is responsible for servicing 12 rooms per day, the process as below:
New maid is hired | Work with coach period of rooms/ morning shift | Clean 4 rooms/shift & supervisor inspection | Clean 6 rooms/shift & supervisor inspection | Clean 9 rooms/shift & supervisor inspection | Clean 11 rooms/shift & supervisor inspection | Achievement of par level 112 rooms/shift |
Time need 3days 5days 5 days 4days 5 days 22thworking day
All Floor Attendants are responsible for following duties but not limited to these as any reasonable guest should be granted.
The Floor Attendants, when doing clean-up will be responsible for the following:
Making-up and servicing of guest rooms
Shoe shining/cleaning
Collecting the unwashed clothes service.
To renew the mini bar.
To renew the staff for guest. .
Turn-down service
Room service tray pick-up. Etc.
To check guestroom defect and follow up with Engineering
Any room attendants are to take up other tasks assigned by the Room Attendant’s supervisors.
Room maid main task is room cleaning, all the guest loan issue will be handle by runner in Front office department for 24hours.
All guest contact employees of Housekeeping Department including Room Attendants are to be aware of ONE-STOP SERVICE. If a guest makes a request that an employee is not comfortable with, he/she will immediately refer this request to the supervisor for prop channeling. Example, should a guest need a hotel employee to go off premises and make a purchase for him or her, concierge will make the arrangements and send someone out to take care of the guest’s request.
