HOW TO CLEAN WALLPAPER

Guest Expectation : I expect hotel walls to be clean. Wallpaper does not look good when it is stained or torn.

STEPS	HOW/ STANDARDS	TRAINING QUESTIONS
Check the material	Test the wallpaper by cleaning a hidden part, e.g. behind the bed headboard, or at a little corner.	Why do I need to test the cleaning on a hidden corner?
Cleaning	Spray some general purpose cleaner on the wallpaper.  Use a damp sponge to rub the stained area. Never use an abrasive cleaning agent or scouring pad to clean wallpaper.	Can I use another cleaner? How do I rub the stained area? Why can I not use an abrasive cleaning agent?

Now ask the trainee to practice the task from start to end to test competency.
