1) Maintain the cleanness of the buffet station. | Keep a clean wiper to clean the buffet station |

2)Add the plates | Look after the buffet stations carefully add the plates timely. Go to the stewarding to get the plates which you want. Ensure the plates are clean dry and not clipped. Add right plates to right stations. |

3) Replace the service cutlery | Replace the service spoon and service fork regularly. Ensure replace the fresh new cutlery never use the wiper to clean the service cutlery. |

4)Replace the food tag | Replace the food tag when the dishes are changed by kitchen. Communicate with the kitchen closely. Ensure the food tags are all clean and correct. |

5) Introduce the dishes | Introduce the dishes to the guests according to the standards by orders |

6)Food supplement | Look after the buffet station carefully, ensure the food is plenty. Inform the kitchen about food supplement in few minutes ahead. |
