STEPS	HOW/ STANDARDS	TRAINING QUESTIONS
Preparation	Prepare both damp and dry cleaning cloths and have your metal polish ready.  Do not use Metal Polish on any other surface except metal. Pour Metal Polish on a dry cleaning cloth.	Why do I need to prepare damp and dry cleaning cloth?  Why can I not clean other parts with a metal cleaner?
Polish	Wipe all over surface using more pressure on the   badly tarnished part Leave for 5 minutes until surface looks whitish.  Using a clean dry cloth, polish the surface with  small circular movements. When polishing the ash urn insert, remove it to a back area and place ashtray urn onto a  condemned bed sheet before polishing	Why do I need to use more pressure? Why do I need to wait 5 minutes? Why do I need to polish the surface with circular movements? Why do I need to take the ash urn to another area when polishing?
Report defects	Report defects if found while cleaning.	Why do I have to report immediately?
