STEPS	HOW/ STANDARDS	TRAINING QUESTIONS
Preparation	Collect all cleaning tools and cleaning chemicals. Put “Work in progress sign” in place.	Why do I need to have cleaning material available?
Clean wall	Clean the wall from top to bottom and left to right. Clean the wall by using a sponge and general-purpose cleaner. If a stain is stubborn, scrub it with a scrubbing pad and tile cleaner.	How do I have to clean the wall? What do I need to use for cleaning the wall? When do I need to use the sponge?
Rinse wall	Thoroughly rinse the wall from top to bottom using warm water with a sponge.	Why do I need to use warm water?
Dry wall	Dry the wall surface with a dry cloth. Make sure the surface is clean and free from stains and watermarks.	Why do I need to dry the wall?
Maintain	Clean the wall regularly with damp cloth.	Does this help for not cleaning the wall regularly?
