POLICY
Human Resources Division will be responsible for the coordination and control of all recruitment, interviewing and evaluation of applicants for vacant positions.

PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Golden Tulip & Lovre Hotel Group recruits and develops the best available candidates at all levels through a consistent and professional selection procedure.
PROCEDURE
The following priority will be given for satisfying job opportunities :
1st priority - Employees already employed at Royal Tulip Bandung.
2nd priority - Inter hotel transfer from other Golden Tulip property
3rd priority - From available external sources
Should this be impossible to shortlist suitable candidates for job opportunities available, the Human Resources Director/Manager will be required to advertise in local media (online and printed media)
Advertisements will be worded tastefully and designed following Corporate Identity Manual in such a way as to complement our image as preffered employer and build upon our image as presented by the Marketing Division.
Human Resources will screen through the application based on the Job Description, and will determine if the candidate will be considered for interview.
Division / Department Head will consult to Human Resources Director / Personnel Manager following the applicants’ second interview to confirm intention to offer employment to the successful candidate. Once agreement is reached, Human Resources Director will forward the interview result to General Manager for further approval prior offering the job opportunity to the successful applicant.
Human Resources Division will notify the selected candidate and extend Letter of Offer
References should be checked before an offer is extended
When the successful candidate accepts the offer of employment, Human Resources will prepare the Work Agreement, and all attributes prior his/her commencement date.
