Public Holiday and Day Payment Entitlement

POLICY
As the nature of the Company business is hospitality business and operates 24 hour/day and 7 day/week, it is possible for employees to work on a Public Holliday.

PURPOSE
Providing a standardize guideline in compensating employee’s loyalty to work in Public Holiday in meeting hotel operational demands as instructed by the respective Department Heads.
PROCEDURES
Employees are entitled to official public holidays according to the existing Law with pay, following the calendar year and the public holidays issued by the Government.
A public holiday that falls on the regular weekly day off is entitle to one (1) Day Payment (DP) which scheduled by the authorized superior.
If employees are working on Public Holiday, then the respective employees are entitle for 1 (one) day Payment
DP will be scheduled by Department Head or on employee request based on Department Head’s approval. DP must be cleared within the period of 1 (one) months after it occurs.
