Service Charge Calculation

POLICY

Human Resources Director and Personnel Manager will consider handling service charge calculation system is one of the Human Resources top priorities 




PURPOSE

Providing clear guidelines for the service calculation system in avoiding unnecessary miscalculation 



PROCEDURES

  1. The Service Charge calculation system is based on Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja Nomor 2 Tahun 1999

  2. Service Charge is the employees’ right, which is collected by the company in the employees’ interest then distributed to all employees under Contract (minimum 1 year) or Permanent Agreement

3.    The percentage of service charge is: 

  1. 5% for Hotel to cover loss and breakage costs

  2. 2% for human resources development that organized by HR Division, Management and LKS Bipartite as employee representative committee under the Management approval

  3. 93% will be first deducted by total guaranteed service charge for all staff and income tax for guaranteed service charge, and the rest will be distributed to all staff based on the Company Policy.


4.    The calculation of the monthly service charge will be on the same period as the monthly salary calculation period, and distributed along with the monthly salary payment
