STEPS	HOW/ STANDARDS	TRAINING QUESTIONS
Check the material	Test the wallpaper by cleaning a hidden part, e.g. behind the bed headboard, or at a little corner.	Why do I need to test the cleaning on a hidden corner?
Preparation	Prepare all tools and cleaning Solutions that are required. Put “Work in progress sign” in place	Why do I need to have cleaning material available?
Collect rubbish	Collect uniforms, aprons, scarves, etc. that may be lying around, record the uniform number and return them to the Linen Room.	Why do I need to collect uniforms? What happens do the person who does not take care of it?
Dispose of rubbish	Collect rubbish from the waste bins.  Clean the bins with sponge and general-purpose cleaner. Rinse with warm water and dry. Line the bin with a garbage bag.	Why do I need to clean the bins with a sponge/ Would a dry cloth be enough?
Clean wall	Damp dust the wall. Spray some general- purpose cleaner and scrub with a scrubbing pad if it is a stubborn Stain.	Is it really necessary to dust the wall?
Clean lockers	Wipe the top and outside of the lockers clean.	Do I need to clean the lockers as well on the top
Clean counter and basin	Clean the counter and basin using a sponge and general-purpose cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry with a cleaning cloth.	How can I clean the counter? Do I need to rinse the counter after cleaning?
Clean mirror	Spray glass cleaner onto the mirror and clean it with a dry cleaning cloth.
Clean shower areas	Scrub the wall with a scrubbing pad and rinse the pad with warm water. Clean the accessories with a sponge and general-purpose cleaner rinse and dry. Scrub the floor with a hand brush and rinse it with warm water. Dry with a dry mop.	Do I need to scrub the area? After scrubbing do I need to dry the area?
Clean toilets	Clean the toilet partitions, wall and door with a damp cloth. Remove the stains with a scrubbing pad and general-purpose cleaner. Clean the toilet bowl, see “How to clean toilet bowl”.	Has this area to be disinfected
Clean urinals	Clean the urinals see “How to clean urinal bowl”.	Has this area to be disinfected?
Sweep floor	Sweep the floor and collect the rubbish.	Do I need to dust before sweeping?
12) Periodical cleaning	Lockers have to be cleaned daily: Vacuum cleaning Dusting, Vanity & basin cleaning， Shower area cleaning Mirror cleaning Monthly spring cleaning will be carried out and   includes:： ceiling lights air-con vent scrubbing of drains and floor with a scrubber  polishing of all metal parts	Why do they have to be cleaned daily?
