Telecommunication Allowance

POLICY

Division/Department Head and selected Sales Team will be entitled to monthly telecommunication allowance



PURPOSE

Human Resources Director Manager will be responsible to oversee the implementation of the allowance



PROCEDURES

  1. This benefit will only apply for all business communication purposes only

  2. Monthly maximum amount of telecommunication allowances are as indicated on the Employee Benefit Grid

  3. Company will only responsible for all business communication, which must be stated on the entitled employee’s phone bill statement. 

  4. To differentiate personal call and business call, each entitled employee will have to highlight all business call on the phone bill statement. All business call charges then will be recapitulated and reimbursed.

  5. To simplify the authorization and reimbursement process and provide a legitimate phone bill statement, all entitled employees are compulsory to have a “Post-Paid” mobile number. 

  6. Only a registered “Post-Paid” mobile number will be acknowledged by the Company.
