The Company recognizes interdepartmental staff transfer In line with the operational needs



PURPOSE

Determining a compulsory requirement for employee transfer process


PROCEDURES

  1. The company has a full right to transfer and or rotate an employee based on the employee skill within a Department to a different Department / Section in line with the company’s operational needs and requirement


  1. Transfer shall be conducted in consideration of the following:

    1. An employee’s career prospect

    2. Health reason per designated Doctor

    3. In order to raise the work performance

    4. By request of the employee


  1. KHM supports the growth of Staff.  The eligibility criteria for departmental transfers are as follows:

  2. A minimum of Six (6) months in your current position.

  3. Good performance and attendance record in your current position.

  4. Meet the English skill level requirements for the new position. If you wish to be considered for transfer, you should:

  5. Have done cross departmental training for the position you request to transfer to

  6. Discuss this with your immediate supervisor and complete an Internal Transfer request to Human Resources and continue the transfer process

  7. Transfer is not a promotion; the Company may not increase the salary of the transferred staffs.
