User File Backup

Objective：

1. To be able to Royal Tulip Bandung User files and important data from their respective computers and safely backup to the IT File server for archiving purpose.

2. All important files should be save in datacentre and other storage network

3. IT Manager will not be responsibe all important data in each PC

Procedure：

1. Only authorized person users data and important files are to be backup to the IT File server.

2. Users are given the full rights to their individual personal folders and can be used as their personal storage of their confidential and important documents.

3. Users are responsible to housekeep their own personal folders not to exceed quota and to save space in our FILE SERVER.

4. Backup of user files are being done on a nightly basis to assure protection of classified and important files. Any restoration or retreival of lost or missing files of users can be verified through IT Manager.

5. In case of Laptop or Workstations crash or corruptions and in need of hard disk restoration, only files saved in the users personal folder in Royal Tulip Bandung File server will be restored.
