Preparation



  • Prepare a vacuum cleaner, wet cloth, dry cloth and a rubbish bag.

Cleaning



  • Damp dust the corridor wall, floor skirting, signage and wall lamps daily

  • Ensure there is no dirt or stains on the corridor wall and floor skirting.

  • Vacuum the corridor carpet.  See “How to vacuum carpet”.

Air conditioner grill



  • Weekly clean the A/C grill and filters of the air-conditioner in the corridor to ensure fresh air.

  • Clear rubbish every hour and ensure it is always clean.

  • When clearing the rubbish, clear cigarette butts and rubbish from ash urn.

Report defects



  • Report immediately any maintenance problems found while cleaning.
