Festive Allowance

POLICY

The company will pay Festive Allowance in accordance with the prevailing Manpower regulation on Tunjangan Hari Raya to celebrate religious holiday. In Indonesia, it is mandatory for employer to pay one monthly salary/wage a week before their employees religious holiday celebration.  




PURPOSE

Providing clear guidance in Festive Allowance calculation


PROCEDURES

  1. The THR is given to:

    1. Employee who worked  with Golden Tulip / Louvre Hotel Group more than 3 months

    2. Employee still listed as employee of Golden Tulip / Louvre Hotel Group on the distribution day of the festive allowance

  2. The distribution of salary for the calculation of THR are :

  1. The total amount of Basic Salary plus (if any) other fixed allowance.

  2. Transportation allowance and Service Charge are excluded from the calculation


  1. The amount of the THR : 

    1. The employee who worked over than 3 months but less than 12 months will receive the pro rata of 1 month salary

    2. The employee who worked over than 1 year will received maximum 1 (one) month of salary as mentioned in point


  1. The THR is taxable

  2. The THR distribution is transferred directly to each employee’s bank account prior to the Lebaran day or Christmas day.

  3. The employee with the religion of Hindu / Buddha will receive the THR together with the Christian employee.

  4. Payment of THR 2 (two) week prior to Festive Holiday.
