HOW TO CLEAN THE AIR-CONDITIONING GRILL

I expect this part of the room to be clean as I have to inhale out-coming air.

Why is this task important for you and our guests?

1. The air the guest breathes needs to be dust free.

2. The air in the guest room comes through the grill and needs to be clean.

STEPS	HOW/ STANDARDS	TRAINING QUESTIONS
Statement Switch off the Air-conditioning unit.	Switch off the Air-conditioning unit before you start cleaning.	How do I switch on and off the Air-conditioning unit?
Cleaning	Dust Air-conditioning grill to remove dust and cobwebs. Spray some general purpose cleaner on the cleaning cloth. Wipe surface of Air-condition grill, frame and in between the grooves. Wipe as often as necessary until the grill is clean.	1.  How many times do I need to clean the Air-conditioning grill? 2.  Do I always need to take a general purpose cleaner?
Set Temperature	Vacant Room: Set the temperature to the Standard of 24 degrees. Occupied rooms: Set back to previous temperature.	What is the difference between an occupied and a vacant room?
Switch on Air-condition	After cleaning turn on the Air-conditioner.	Why do I have to switch on the Air-conditioner after cleaning?
