STEPS	HOW/ STANDARDS	TRAINING QUESTIONS
Entrance door	Start checking from the entrance in an anti-clockwise direction.	Why do I have to commence from the entrance door?
Hand dryer/paper towel dispenser	Check hand dryer to ensure that it is working and free of dust. Ensure paper towel is replenished and set according to standard. Check waste bins to ensure that rubbish is cleared and bins are clean. Check the deodorizer to ensure it is working and is dust-free. Vanity area	Ensure mirror is clean and free of watermarks and stains. Check hand basin and counter to ensure they are free from hair, dirt and stains。 Ensure taps are clean and shiny and working properly. Check and ensure the soap dispenser is clean and has been refilled. Check wall lights and switches to ensure they are working and clean. Check vanity counter edge and underneath to ensure it is clean. Check drainage to ensure it is covered and clean.	Why should the mirror be clean? How can I clean the basin from hair? Toilet cubicle	Check the door and partition to ensure that the sides and tops are clean and free of dust. Ensure that the door can be opened and closed properly Check the wall behind the toilet to ensure it is clean and dust free. Flush the toilet to ensure it is working. Check toilet bowl inside and outside to ensure that it is clean and free from stains. Check the toilet seat and cover to ensure both sides are clean and fixed properly? Check the toilet-roll holder, ensuring that it is clean and that toilet paper is replenished and folded according to standard. Check sanitary bins to ensure that they are clean. Check the floor to ensure it is clean and free from hair, dirt and stains.	Why do I need to check the partitions? Who should I advise if it not working? Why can the toilet seat be loose?
