INSPECT BACK OF HOUSE

Guest Expectation: Even though I don’t see back of house, I expect back of house areas to be as clean, and organized as front of house areas.  I don’t understand how the front of house can be clean and sparkling if the back of house is dirty.

Power points	Check switches and ensure they are working and are clean. Check sockets and ensure they are clean and not damaged.	How can I check the power sockets?
Signs and  notice boards	Ensure signs and notice boards are hanging properly and are clean	1. Why do I need to check the notice boar? What shall I do if things are not replaced?
Doors	Check and ensure that door, door-frame and door knob are clean. Check the hinges to ensure they are clean and work properly. Check signage on the door to ensure that it is free of dust.	Is it important to have dust free signage?
Report defects	Report immediately maintenance problems  found cleaning.	Why do I have to report immediately?
