Paid Leave

POLICY

The Company recognizes several leave day types to be categorized as Paid Leave, which means that the employee is entitled for their Salary and Service Charge excluding allowances calculated based on the presence in the workplace per day during those leaves.  



PURPOSE

PROCEDURES

  1. The Company identifies several types of Paid Leave :

    Annual Leave

    Sick Leave

    Day Off

    Extra Day Off

    Public Holiday

    Hospitalization

    Bereavement Leave

    Matrimony Leave

    Maternity Leave

    Hajj leave for the first time after having 2 years service

    The five-year long service leave and the multiply


2.  Employees will have to submit to Human Resources Office the designated forms and approved by the respective Division Head/Department Head prior taking the Paid Leave.
