Policy

It is a policy of the company that the uniform is a very important part of our hotel’s image. In order to better manage our staff uniform to ensure the best enterprise image




Procedures

Staff's uniforms are not allowed to be worn outside the hotel.

Staff shall wear the uniform conform to Hotel’s regulations; anyone who changes the wearing style is not allowed.


When the employee returns the uniform to the U&L room, the U&L room will mark the price on the form, leaving office.


The U&L room affirms the uniform intactness according to what be matched uniform new old degree. Degree possessions are paid for, looking at the following damage but stable:

Light degree damaged and contaminates     30% of the price paying for an uniform       

Serious degree damaged and contaminates           50% of the price paying for an uniform


The uniform pays for regulation

Man-made filth 

The pen soaks a picture (1-2CM) first time to make the oral warning, and completes the record, the party signs the approval. Second time will inform the human resources department to make processing, if could not wash off, the party must undertake the responsibility

If discovered has the deviant dirt, for example: Wipes the shoes, big piece ink water-damaged, the machine oil dirt, if the department manager confirm that the dirt created by job. We can wash it for free. Otherwise you need pay for the washing charge according to the market price, the dirt cannot wash off, and the party is still to undertake the responsibility


The Man-made dirt cannot wash off, the department manager appraise whether or not can wearing it on the post. If the uniform discarded as a result of this reason, the department bears the expense; otherwise the party bears the expense


Trail that failed water bleaching: The uniform falls the color as a result of staff was not careful, must be demonstrated apparel may or not goes to post by the department manager. If the uniform blank out, as a result of this reason, enter department cost; Otherwise be born cost by interested party.

The U&L room take charge for revising, handle if discovering staff had revised uniform style and colour privately, handle with dumping, cost is responsible by interested party if the uniform has mildewed and rotted or has grave mildew to burn because of it storage is improper, handle with dumping, cost is responsible by interested part


Man-made compensate standard of the damage.

Have been dressed within half an year 90%of the price paying for an uniform

Have been dressed more than 1 year              70%of the price paying for an uniform

Have been dressed for more than 2 years             30%of the price paying for an uniform


Procedure paying the penalty

Paying the penalty according to the regulation, both sides confirms this matter and sign on       the note book (Staff who refuses to accept a fine, we will hand it to the human resources department or the department the staff work in)

Give a form to financial department at the end of month


Procedure paying the compensate

Paying the compensate according to the regulation, fill in "the goods loss report " and give   clear indication of cause, both sides confirms this matter and sign on the notebook, report to the department concerned to examine and approve

When “the goods loss report” has been examined and approved, we will give it to financial department, and then they will inform you to pay money   

Reissue the uniform based on the gathering list, than store it.


The rules for shoes

All new staff can draw a pair of shoes from U&L room according to the demand of their work area.

Who according with the 2 following conditions will being able to draw the new shoe again.

Have been wear shoe leather more than half an year, have been wear cloth shoes more than 3 months.

Shoes broken up to snuff (like wear and tear, break a hole, sole off), could change for another new pair within one week. A shoe doesn’t break though it has preponderated over the using time, couldn’t change for new pair.


If your shoes are broken more than the stated quantity in one year, our hotel will offer you’re another new pair based on your work needs, but you should pay for it by yourself. And the rate will be deducted from your wage.


If the employee leaves the hotel because of resignation or dismissal and he/she working in the hotel less than three months, he/she should pay some money for the shoes. The rate is as follows:

Worked within one month                                   Pay for 80%

Have been worked for 31 to 60 days’                       Pay for 50%

Have been worked for 61 to 90 days’                       Pay for 30%

Have been worked more than 3 months without compensate
