  • Room Attendants are required to sign out on the key control sheet in the office.

  • Floor Supervisor is to check the key and ensure that it is in good condition.

  • When the key is broken, please replace the key by contacting Security.

  • Old key needs to be destroyed by Security Manager and new key can be issued.

  • Log in Key log book.

  • Hang the key inside key cabinet according to floor and section.

  • The Room Attendant must fill out the worksheet neatly and accurately.
