Employee Locker Room

POLICY
It is the policy of Golden Tulip / Louvre Hotel Group to provide each employee who wears a hotel uniform with a secure place to store uniforms, personal clothing and personal belongings whilst on the hotel premises. They must be stored in the employee’s assigned locker.

PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is that each uniformed employee must be able to work smartly attired and possess proper equipments / tools during working hours.
PROCEDURE
Upon commencement of employment, an employee will receive one locker from the Human Resources Department.
The employee should sign a receipt for the issued locker. Human Resources will file locker receipt form into employee’s personal file
A master key that has access into all lockers shall be kept with the Human Resources Department.
Report any damages of the locker room’s facilities to Human Resources Department. Employees are not allowed to fix the damages by themselves.
Report any stolen items from lockers to the Security and Human Resources immediately.
Lockers shall be fumigated on a quarterly basis and Human Resources Department has the right to empty the lockers.
Shouting, fighting, sleeping, gambling and any leisure activities are prohibited inside the locker rooms.
Laundry of clothes is not allowed inside the locker rooms and shower rooms.
Clothes cannot be aired inside the locker rooms and shower rooms, such clothes will be taken away.
No posting of poster, paintings of any kind are allowed inside the locker rooms.
No moving and transfer of lockers are allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the locker rooms.
No spitting, littering inside the locker rooms.
Employees should keep the locker rooms tidy at all times, flush after each use of toilet, place all tissues in the rubbish bins provided.
Employees must take care of all property inside the locker rooms. The concerned employees must pay damaged caused to the property.
Employees must strictly adhere to the Locker Room Rules Regulations. Employees will be disciplined for violations of these rules.
