Know our prices | Be familiar with laundry, dry cleaning and pressing list and prices. Understand each line including Express Service charge rate and surcharge rate. Calculate the amount of each item accurately - No mistake on calculation | 1. Why do I need to know our prices? |
Laundry list distribution | The first page is for Laundry reference. Second page is for finance & the third is for the guest. Make sure each page is clearly written. |

Express & Pressing Service posting. | Posting for Express Service and Pressing Service should be done at the same time as the other posting. It should be posted before delivering with 50% surcharge. |

Deposit Service posting | Deposit Service posting is the same as normal service, if the guest checks out before posting. Old the laundry list and proceed as per “Deposit Laundry Service” |

Executive Floor guest complimentary pressing | Be aware of new check in on the Club L, as guest is allowed the first suit and shirt complementary pressing. |

Laundry list return | When the posting is finished, return the laundry list to the Laundry. |
